Armed with an MBA her expertise includes, but is not limited to brand management, content creation, digital strategy, influencer marketing and media relations across several industries from tech to fashion. She has worked with noteworthy brands such as Facebook, Coach, Coty Inc and Cadillac, which has given her the opportunity to navigate between the corporate and non-corporate worlds becoming an expert in brand marketing. As a multifaceted professional, she was able to venture into the entrepreneurial space by creating two ventures - Non-Corporate Girls and Meet Me Series.

With an MBA in Media Management, brand management experience and results driven media campaigns she brings a dynamic aspect in what we offer our clients. Delaila has been making a lane for herself in the industry since 2009 where she began her first gig as a contributor on an independent award-winning lifestyle blog covering fashion, beauty, and travel. Carla is a New Jersey native who believes in descriptive visual storytelling. Her passion has earned her a Masters of Science in Communications as she's explored the realm of digital media marketing, graphic design, and writing. Having worked with well-known brands like ESSENCE, Hot 97 and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Carla has been able to utilize her knowledge and love of the arts, pop culture, music, and beauty. As a young professional, Carla compels herself to redefine what it means to tell stories in her own way.
